Shipping Policy

  • Coverage: We ship nationwide across Pakistan, covering all major cities, towns, and reachable rural areas.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed and delivered within 4 to 5 working days following order confirmation.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat delivery rate of Rs. 200 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

  • Order Tracking: Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier link will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. Please ensure your provided contact number is active to avoid delivery delays.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter an issue with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, price tags, and accessories intact.

  • In cases of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, photographic or video proof must be submitted along with your request.
